The proposed development will consist of extensive internal and external alterations to the building, introducing a multi-level restaurant and cocktail bar, as well as the addition of two levels of premium commercial office space.
The heritage-listed building, designed by renowned Australian architect Neville Gruzman, will be anchored by Neil Perry and feature a collaboration with renowned bar proprietor Linden Pride.
