As the appointed builders behind Piper House, the team was entrusted with realising a bold architectural vision in one of Sydney’s most coveted locations. Situated on Wunulla Road in Point Piper, the project required absolute precision and craftsmanship.

The result is fourteen bespoke residences that demonstrate structural excellence, refined detailing, and a construction standard that reflects the calibre of Fortis Property Group and Dare Property Group. The landscaping features lush, textured gardens, some with private pools and romantic grottos, offering residents a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city.

In close collaboration with Mim Design, the team brought a sophisticated interior concept to life. Blending European-inspired elegance with contemporary finishes. Custom metalwork in iron, bronze, and platinum, tailored lighting, and expansive, light-filled layouts were all executed with meticulous intent. The outcome is a seamless flow between interiors and outdoor spaces, delivering homes that feel both timeless and beautifully modern.
